Kisaavé’s new single “Disrespect “, is inspired by the recent events, that resulted in her splitting ways with her ex-manager, who she describes as manipulative and an opportunist, it was a moment that made her realize that she does not need people to make it happen, the show will not stop. Every word in the song reflects her feelings and how she is going to come out of it stronger and better no matter what.
Growing up in a Nigerian household, music was never accepted as a main career because it was taboo, however she is not backing down, Kisaavé is ready to prove her family wrong. The independent artist does not shy away from showing off her roots, Yoruba is a touch she loves to add to her music as a reminder, for whoever is listening of where she is from. Although the aspiring artist is based in Manchester, UK, she has not forgotten her Italian, adding it to her music is something she loves to do.
